Overview

This 6 week group programme is organised and run by Dr Sonya Shah, an accredited health and nutrition coach and medical doctor (former GP). By the end of this programme you will feel confident that you are optimising your results on weight loss medication and that the positive impacts will continue on stopping. You will learn how to adequately nourish your body, how to read food labels, improve sleep quality, manage stress, incorporate movement, mindset and more. Although this is a group coaching programme, numbers are limited to 10 participants on a first come basis. Alongside covering key topics, you’ll explore your goals, values, and motivators, and with support, create a personalised nutrition and lifestyle action plan, which you will then implement. Your wins will be celebrated, and you’ll be supported in overcoming challenges and setbacks. Between the live weekly sessions, you’ll have access to a private forum with Dr Sonya and others in the group for ongoing accountability, peer support, and the opportunity to ask questions. By the end of the programme, you’ll feel empowered with both the knowledge and mindset to continue with your progress.
