Overview
This 3 month group programme is organised and run by Dr Sonya Shah, an accredited health and nutrition coach and medical doctor (former GP). By the end of this programme you will feel confident managing your weight and symptoms through nutrition and lifestyle. You’ll learn about key topics including understanding PCOS, evidence-based nutrition, how to read food labels, improving sleep quality, managing stress, incorporating movement, mindset and much more. Although this is a group coaching programme, numbers are limited to 6 participants to allow a more individualised approach. Alongside covering key topics, you’ll explore your goals, values, and motivators, and with support, create a personalised nutrition and lifestyle action plan, which you will then implement. Your wins will be celebrated, and you’ll be supported in overcoming challenges and setbacks. Between the live weekly sessions, you’ll have access to a private forum with Dr Sonya and others in the group for ongoing accountability, peer support, and the opportunity to ask questions. By the end of the programme, you’ll feel empowered with both the knowledge and mindset to continue with your progress.
