About Me

I’m Dr. Sabine Schellerer — a pharmacist turned naturopath and functional health practitioner with over 20 years of experience in holistic wellness. My journey has always been rooted in bridging rigorous science with nature’s wisdom. I work with women of all ages — supporting hormonal balance, gut health, detoxification, fertility, metabolic and thyroid regulation, skin and allergy conditions. My approach is integrative and highly individual: I dive deeply into a person’s history, labs, symptoms, and lifestyle, then weave together testing (stool, hormone panels, organic acids) with tailored nutritional, botanical, and detox strategies. I especially love working with women — whether fertility support, perimenopause, or managing hormonal fluctuations — guiding you back into vitality, clarity, and trust within your body. I’m here not just to treat, but to teach and empower your health journey.
